Participating First Nations
FNLGR is working with an initial group of pilot First Nations to support system testing, implementation planning, data transition and operational readiness.
These First Nations are helping to test, refine and shape the Registry before broader onboarding begins. They are not yet operating under the FNLGR system and their existing land records remain in the applicable current registry until formal transition and onboarding are completed.
Additional Framework Agreement Signatory First Nations will be onboarded in phases following launch.

Framework Agreement Signatory First Nations
The Framework Agreement includes First Nations across Canada at different stages of land governance development and implementation. Many have ratified and are operating under their Land Codes, while others are actively working through the developmental process.
